I have been a Professional Rugby Player for 10 years. In that time I gained a lot of knowledge and worked with some excellent individuals. I'm a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 3 RFU coach. I wish to help people become fitter, faster and stronger!
