I wrote this programme after devising my own training plan to achieve my goal to break the 1000m world record.


I knew I was capable of better times than my current PBs but I had to work hard and push myself beyond my comfort zone. I committed 100% to the cause and trusted the process would bring me the results I desired. I had to push mentally and physically when needed and recover well to do it time and time again.
